How we store:
Step 1. Packaging
Each bicycle is wrapped in a special plastic bag.

The bag is sealed with tamper-evident seals that are recorded in the agreement.
Step 3. Storage
We store the bicycles in a warm, dry, and securely protected warehouse.

Concepts and Terminology
The storage season at Skladovka runs from November 1, 2023, to May 1, 2024.
You can leave your bicycle for seasonal storage in reliable hands at any time of the year or day, whether it’s summer, spring, or early morning.
For all lucky individuals who submit their bicycle before November 1, 2023, the storage season is automatically extended until May 1.
Therefore, if you submit your bicycle for winter storage, let’s say on October 10, 2023, esteemed client, you will automatically receive 3 weeks of storage as a gift (from November 1, 2023, to May 1, 2024).
The price includes:
- Storage in a dry, heated, secured, and inaccessible warehouse.
- Packaging in a tight plastic bag.
- Two beautiful numbered seals.
- A very serious contract that clearly outlines all the rules.
One-way delivery – bicycle delivery within the official boundaries of Kyiv in 2023, descent or ascent to/from the 5th floor (even without an elevator), a courteous call from our staff member.
Delivery or arrangement and collection of the bicycle at the client’s location should be requested with just 1 working day notice or by agreement.
Self-pickup of the bicycle at the warehouse – on the same day within 30 minutes, without weekends, holidays, or unnecessary excuses.
To complete the contract, a document proving the client’s identity is required.
Exceeding the storage period beyond the paid duration by 5 days is counted as a full month of storage, which may seem strict but fair.
This does not apply to hampions of Ukraine, Europe, the world, and the Olympic Games. Access to your bicycle during the winter storage period – 75 UAH per visit.
